The Best of the Solar O&M Engineer.Currently I am working as a O&M Engineer Installation for solar plants in MW scale for both ground mount & Rooftop.At present my role is to maximize the uptime & maintain smooth functioning of solar plants.>Complete visual inspection of the plant.>Conducting site survey for the punch points.>Managing multiple team of Jr. Engineers, Technicians, helpers to obtain maximum generation from solar plants.>Training Jr. engineers, Technicians on the site for fire, Electrical safety and troubleshooting.> Rectifying the DGR and an offline SCADA system by comparison of manual and online data for higher accuracy of the system.> Planning a proper cleaning cycle of PV modules inverter wise based upon their generation and its performance under soiling.> Leading the O&M team on remotely>Training fresh Engineer\'s on site.> SCADA installation i.e. Suryalog, Huwakai, Wattman, Enerman, Trackon, etc.So I am actively looking for better opportunity in the field of renewable energy sector.
