My life resonates with the profound wisdom encapsulated in the shloka I learned in grade 6,\"Udyammen hi sidhyanti karyani na manorathaih, Na hi suptasya simhasya pravisanti mukhe mrigah,\" emphasizing that any work is accomplished through hard work, not mere contemplation; similarly, as the deer does not enter the mouth of the sleeping lion.Originating from a small village in Maharashtra where English was a rarity, my quest for quality education became the cornerstone of an entrepreneurial endeavour later in my life. My college life introduced unforeseen financial challenges, leading me to leverage strengths in music and mathematics. Balancing roles as a musician and math tutor not only supported my education but also opened doors to teach children of VVIPs from politics, business, arts, sports, and corporate.In 2019, my entrepreneurial spirit took shape with Cafe RT Pvt Ltd, initially envisioned to impart education through cafes. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic prompted a transformative shift. Recognising the limitations of existing virtual communication tools, focussing on building an interactive Virtual Classroom and LMS became crucial. This pivot not only ensured the continued success of my business online in India but also expanded in Germany, US, UK, Canada, Dubai, and Belgium.The disruption caused by COVID-19 led to a new idea of imparting quality education through an app-based product. This app, addressed my long-term goal of providing international standard education in rural India. It was a virtual ecosystem that freed students from distractions to help them watch, learn, and apply efficiently. Hence the name, Aagam-Watch, Learn, Apply. Despite attracting venture capital valuing the venture at INR xyz, financial pressures necessitated a strategic reassessment.Concluding with insights into my strengths and weaknesses, I excel in relationship building, strategic and creative thinking, and ease of interaction. However, my strong desire to succeed sometimes blurs the line between ambition and realism. Excitement for big ideas sometimes lead me to volunteering for excessive work, occasionally diverting my attention from the primary focus. Additionally, impatience, while driving quick and precise movements, sometimes induces anxiety.
