Scheduling• Preparing shop flour scheduling which includes model wise priorities targets, Contingency plan and next loads in line with the commitments given to the customer.• Monthly Forecast and sales Analysis. Ensuring 100% schedule Adherence.• Ensuring maximum capacity utilization, lead times to accommodate commitments, bottlenecks & other constraints Materials Management• Raw material requirement planning by calculating & analyzing the orders, buffer stack & opening inventory.• Maintaining safety stock, MIN/MAX, ROL inventory as per ABC classification and raising purchase requisitions for the same if required. Customer Order-• Processing Conversion of Sales orders into Raw material (MRP) & communicating following up the same with sourcing to achieve monthly sales targets.• Maintaining & monitoring status of each requirement raised against order in hand communicating the same to marketing timely. • Strategic planning to meet customer demand• Preparing & distributing monthly, weekly, Daily plan to all concerned departments. Co-ordination-• Ensuring better coordination between Planning and other concerned departments for effective & efficientOperating control & execution of orders in stipulated time.• Coordination between Project Manager and BD for New Part Addition• Communicating bottlenecks, shortages & constraints well in advance to expedite the process. Analysis Control & Improvement- • Preparation of week wise Plan vs. Actual, OTP, PPR, reports along with action plans for improvements & presenting the same in monthly MIS MIS. Documentation & SAP activities- • Daily MIS Reporting to concerned stakeholders regarding production, customer wise order status, details of FG, Inventory etc. Maintaining IATF 16949 documentation & reporting the same to CMR. Various SAP activities like MRP, releasing planned orders, raising PR, request for BOM\'s etc. and any other exigencies that may arise during day to day functioning.
