Across Bain, Deloitte, ONDC, and now AI transformation consulting, I’ve led growth strategy, operating model redesign, cross-functional execution, and enterprise transformation initiatives across sectors including consumer, retail, public sector, manufacturing, and digital commerce. In my current role, I lead AI strategy and transformation engagements: assessing organizational readiness across people, process, data, and technology; identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases; defining implementation roadmaps; and designing AI governance frameworks with clear ownership, guardrails, controls, and adoption mechanisms. Earlier in my career, I worked on growth strategy, GTM planning, process redesign, cost optimization, and large-scale program execution.
