   Project management & Manufacturing Engineering role to set up a brownfield factory for Service Repair shop of MRI coils (medical device); skill enhancement of 100+ employees- Key role in Service Repair factory transfer from Gainesville, USA to Pune, India Knowledge transfer, training, certification, process validation and hand over to Production operations- Product industrialization and Project Management for 6 families covering 800+ product variants- Setting up all test equipments, verification and validation - Process documentations ( Procedures, Records, PFMEA, PFD etc for all 6 families and special processes- Process validation for each line following ISO 1348 MDSAP and FDA regulatory requirements- Executed equipment and special process IQ, OQ PQ Established and qualified paint shop for repair activities- Visited Gainesville, USA, to understand the processes, tooling, so as to plan and execute smooth transfer- Successfully completed DEKRA, ISO and MDSAP audit
