Ensuring filling of Appeals, Petitions, Counters, Stay Applications etc.• Ensuring attendance in all matters listed before all the forums including High Court and Supreme Court.• Liasing with external counsels and regular follow-ups of upcoming litigations and attend of all hearing before the Revisional Board/ Other Forum as advised by the team leader.• Keep management updated on the development of hearing pending before all the forums and maintain litigation tracker for monitoring movement of cases.• Keep updating the litigation tracker within 7 days or as per requirement in relation to all litigation matters.• Ensuring timely submission of reply to SCN’s, drafting and filling of appeal within provided time limit.• Manage knowledge sharing session with respective Branches.• Put efforts towards closure of the litigation and keep the pre-deposit below 20%• Ensuring compliance to all notices/queries/enquires/communications received from GST/VAT department within due date.• Ensuring proper closure of GST Audit/ Assessments with minimum exposure.• Ensuring timly submission of information in consultation with Branches and HO tax team.• Ensuring timely submission of to team members and assist them to enhance the capibilities.• Ensuring knowledge sharing and flow of critical information within team for future litigation pron transactions.
