In my current role at Johnson Controls, my mission is to create value for enterprise customers by helping them reduce their operating costs and operational risks. I accomplish this by building and launching innovative IOT & digital SaaS offerings with a repeatable and scalable business model. I work closely with diverse cross-functional teams that include Engineering, AI, UX, etc to develop best in class products and solutions. I started my professional journey back in 2008 as a founder member of a start-up. With a great passion for engineering and technology, I created 10+ embedded products and IOT solutions for manufacturing industries during 20••••17. I built and lead teams consisting of embedded software developers, hardware design, QA and more to deliver projects that created immense value for the partners and customers. My Product Management experience spans over 8 years and I have enjoyed managing a variety of products and solutions at start-ups and large enterprises such as Smart Metering IoT Solutions (Tata Communications), Edge AI Software Platform (Foghorn Systems) and Edge Platform (Johnson Controls). I collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and have a logical, objective and data driven approach to decision making. I bring relevant domain knowledge into play while building products, as I come from an instrumentation and control engineering background. I have a proven track record of driving key decisions around the best value creation opportunities in the target markets and optimizing on engineering investments. I also have a strong background in product management and marketing, with certifications from IIMA and Institute of Product Leadership. Besides work, I pursue my serious hobbies such as landscape photography and music.
