With more than two decades of global experience in People Management, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with leadership teams across various start-ups, successfully establishing Human Resource functions. My work has involved guiding teams in strategy development, policy creation, and operational execution. I also specialize in consulting for Organizational Change Management and Learning & Development, with a strong focus on communications and stakeholder management. In partnership with the Institute of Public Enterprise in Hyderabad, I have worked with both private and public sector organizations to design training programs aimed at upskilling and cross-skilling talent. These programs primarily focused on areas such as soft skills development, performance management, and setting up assessment centers.
