I’ve spent the last 14+ years in the industrial equipment space, primarily across oil & gas and process industries, leading businesses that solve real-world problems in pumping, mixing, agitation, and fluid handling.I currently head the India operations of a global OEM in the rotating equipment space, with full P&L responsibility. Over the past few years, I’ve helped scale the business through local manufacturing, channel development, and a strong focus on execution. A key milestone has been conceptualizing and leading the setup of a new manufacturing and service facility in India, built to global standards. This was a project that demanded close coordination across engineering, finance, legal, global leadership, and regulatory bodies. I work closely with global teams across the US and UK, and lead a cross-functional team spanning sales, engineering, projects, operations, supply chain, and service.A big part of the journey has been driving top-line growth by identifying new segments, deepening key accounts, and building lasting partnerships with customers who value tailored, technically sound solutions. I’ve played a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, expanding our channel network, and leading strategic bids across industries like chemicals, pharma, mining, and water treatment.I take full ownership of business performance, while ensuring operations run with discipline, transparency, and a strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards.
