   My primary role entails that of a chief of staff for the CTO desk wherein I lead / program-manage all mid and long term strategic and transformational projects. Under this \"hat\" I am accountable to maintain a 100% BSC score for all of Technology function through the EoY performance review. • Leading the APMO function, I am accountable for all projects adhering to established governance frameworks thus providing transparent and actionable monthly insights to EXECOM group.• I lead the monthly CorpTech portfolio review with MD-CEO & EXECOM detailing CorpTech\'s run-rate based on our BSC targets, highlighting our Crest & trough along with plans to overcome current challenges.• Another aspect of my role (IC Role) is to identify procedural inefficiencies & streamline processes to bring in optimization and efficiency gains. This requires liaising w/ multiple stakeholders across levels to understand their perspective and hence align processes that suits all.(Individual KPI)A few of my other impactful projects / BAU deliverables are detailed below: o EssentialTECH CRISIL: Launched & single handedly managing \'ET\' a CorpTech sponsored Org- wide L&D program in liaison with S&P focused at GENAI adoption (Awarded by S&P Q3\'24) o Strategy & BSC/Goal Sheet Formulation: Managing yearly Corp-Tech strategy conclave. Yearly event concludes with aligning strategic tech initiatives for FY. I formulate tech BSC and goal sheets based on these strategic initiatives and align with all stakeholders for buy-in. Yearly tech performance is calibrated against this BSC o Org-wide Governance Framework: Along with peers formulated an org-wide governance framework. This forms the premise for cross-functional visibility of project updates and or relay any EWS. The framework constitutes a series of KPIs to be tracked, ranging from people metrics to Tech-Ops to financial reporting as well as Agile metrics
