Client Name: RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruise Ltd.)Project Details: Technology Hybris (SAP) helped call center to managed B2C portal for guest booking and manage travel route of the guests. It formed connection between business and customer for internal & external travel booking, itinerary management (shore side and ship side) and offer various products to customers for purchase or order. Automation scripts developed for rule matching check saved 14 hours (1.5 man days) of regression testing after each release. The automation helped to reduce manual efforts to zero of client management.
