I am a Computational Biologist with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science. In my current role, I analyze large scale multi-omics datasets to predict drug targets in cancer using biostatistical techniques along with other computational biology tools. Broadly my research experience covers hypothesis generation; experiment design; algorithm development and implementation; result visualization and communication.
