An experienced Innovation management & Strategy consultant, MBA from Hult International Business School and MSEM from Tufts University, Rohan is currently working as a business strategy & innovation Principal at IXL Center Inc. He is also responsible for business development and Project delivery in Asia region and works as a Country Managing Director for Asia Operations.He has helped drive innovation transformation projects for fortune 500 companies such as Eastman Chemical, Airbus, Sanofi, Cisco, Novelis & Sims Metal Management. He led \'2x Growth accelerator Program\' to support the micro business in Boston to get back to business normal during the pandemic.He Led ‘Corporate Growth Accelerator Program’ for Ayala group of Companies in Philippines for two consecutives years. Program accelerated 17 Corporate teams from 8 business units identifying growth ideas worth more than 1 billion Filipino pesos. He has coached over 100 global MBA teams as a consultant coach/mentor through IXL Innovation Olympics, one of the largest innovation consulting competition. The teams helped corporate clients and their executives solve complex market entry and growth challenges.As a Master Innovation Trainer he has trained globally over 250 corporate professionals helping them learn and simulate innovation tools, techniques and frameworks through two to three-day innovation workshops.Before enrolling for his MBA, Rohan worked as a Sourcing Manager with Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd. for over 5 years. He managed a buy portfolio of over 50 cr. sourcing key base metals. Rohan also holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai university with majors in Supply chain and material planning.
