Clarity builds confidence, especially in systems that run in real time.”I’m a B.Tech graduate and Senior Product Manager at Darwix AI, working close to the engineering surface on real-time and connected software platforms. My day-to-day lives at the intersection of product execution, quality, and reliability, turning messy requirements into clean PRDs, shipping sprint by sprint, validating outcomes, and making releases predictable.Over the last ~1.5 years, I’ve owned end-to-end delivery for real-time analytics workflows including live transcription, scoring logic, coaching nudges, dashboards, and reporting. I’m also hands-on with validation loops for AI output quality (ASR and diarization), where structured QA and calibration matter as much as the model itself.A few things I’m proud of include reducing QA sign-off time by 60 percent with tighter regression and acceptance standards, supporting deployments across licenses, and onboarding 10+ enterprise clients across BFSI, real estate, and retail.I also work closely with security teams on AWS hardening and compliance readiness including IAM reviews, posture checks, audit evidence preparation, VAPT documentation, and ISO/SOC alignment. Before product, I worked as an SDET at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs, which gave me a strong foundation in testing discipline, API validation, and automation.
