I am an experienced professional with 4+ years of work experience in Operations. I worked at Tesla, Mercedes-Benz and Forbes Marshall in various roles and different business areas like Quality Management, Process Improvement, Process Planning, BIW Manufacturing and Supply Chain. I worked in both the planning and execution functions of operations. I planned assembly processes, managed assembly tooling and equipment, worked on process improvements and Industry 4.0 projects, implemented lean strategy and six sigma projects. I also managed a team of associates to produce cars with high quality and efficiency using cutting-edge technologies. All of this helped me understand the nuances of manufacturing and gave me valuable hands-on experience. During my internship at Tesla, I worked in the Supplier Industrialization team, where I managed different projects for new product introduction and supplier qualification. This experience gave me insight into the commercial aspects of the business and helped me broaden my technical expertise. I am a keen learner, a voracious reader and a good orator. I am also a gadget enthusiast and love to try different foods. I am a strong team player and love to collaborate with people on interesting projects.
