Earlier, during my stint with HDFC Bank’s RTFX segment, I explored how banking services can be tailored to very specific client groups.My time at IIM Bodh Gaya (PGP’24) has added perspective—balancing marketing fundamentals with analytics and strategy. 1. Deputy Manager

   Axis Bank

   As a Deputy Manager in the Working Capital vertical at Axis Bank, I manage acquisitions across 14 branches. I conduct financial assessments of MSME clients, analyzing key metrics to evaluate creditworthiness and business viability. Based on these insights, I structure tailored working capital solutions—including Cash Credit, Overdraft, Dropline OD, and GST-based OD—aligned to each client’s cash flow patterns, repayment capacity, and collateral structure.In addition to acquisition, I also lead portfolio coordination efforts for the entire Saurashtra region, working closely with 20+ Relationship Managers to ensure timely tracking of account renewals, enhancement proposals, and out-of-order accounts. I also mentor a team of two Relationship Officers, guiding them on sourcing discipline, documentation accuracy, and conversion strategies to enhance productivity and customer engagement at the ground level.
