OLA Play: Launch & led the Mumbai and Pune city Ola Play category. Post-launch managed the growth and P&L of the category. Coordinated with Marketing & PR for the brand campaign on Ola Play which led to a platform bookings growth of 2x. Coordinated with Product, City & Process Excellence team to manage supply, generate demand, build products to help grow business & improve Customer/Supply experience. Oversee day-to-day operations which will include installations of Play devices on vehicles, handling walk-ins issues related to it, and inventory management. Assessments, Performance reviews, and capacity planning across sites in the city. Set up standard operating processes and quality control processes and review them periodically. Define and monitor SLAs, TATs, and service quality expectations from the team and channel partners - Put in place key metrics to track and follow regularly. Train, Supervise and guide manpower working under and ensure daily, weekly, and Monthly reports are updated on time. Assisting the higher management in planning and execution to achieve set targets.Pilot projects @ OLA-OLA Electric: Did pilot projects with OLA Electric for the launch of our charging infrastructure which includes, Market research, Field survey, and vendor onboarding (petrol pumps, RWAs, Restaurants, and Malls)-Ola Dash/Foods: Scouted and made live 30 Ola Dash stores in Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad. Which included, Scouting, Project approval & Commercial negotiation, Documents and Legal feasibility checks, Agreement & Store Live-Mahindra & Mahindra Carworks: Did a pilot project for the outsourcing of Play Device fitment and walkins issues to Mahindra & Mahindra Carworks. Where we have outsourced our mechanical part of the business. Like Play device new fitment and service related to it.
