Responsible for designing usable & effective v1/MVP experiences for new digital products for Fortune 500 companies and enabling these organizations to build modern products using modern practices.• Lead the design of the v1 core experience for a GA state-wide case mngt system. It provided a modern, integrated & standards-based system addressing the full spectrum of case types & multiple court classes with a unified experience.• Co-designed a be-spoke & deeply configurable Identity & Access Management (IAM) module for the AR state judiciary\'s case mngt system. It provided an exceptionally granular & flexible level of access control to address the complex & unique needs of a court system. • Co-designed a self-service Intern relocation experience for a corporate relocation services company. that was easier to use & more efficient to operate, while requiring less support staff to administer• Led the product strategy & design of a unified sales compensation experience driving the modernization of a suite of core business systems for a large financial services firm. The new experience would enable a more efficient & accurate financial reconciliation processes.
