I’ve always felt that data is just people in disguise — every number hides a decision, a story, a little bit of intent.At Bain, I spend most of my time trying to decode those stories. I work with retail clients — groceries, apparel, liquor — digging into what makes customers tick and how brands can move smarter, leaner, and greener. Some days that means building models or dashboards, other days it’s just connecting a bunch of fuzzy dots until something starts to make sense.Before Bain, I somehow found myself leading a 100+ member team to run a ₹75L college fest, building a social venture that created jobs for seven people, and winning Asia’s biggest hackathon by rethinking how Aadhaar could reach more citizens. It’s been a mix of curiosity, chaos, and caffeine — in the best way possible.When I’m not buried in data, I’m usually reading about startups, making a drink, or turning casual conversations into full-blown brainstorming sessions.I like strategy that feels human — curious, clear, and never too serious. Because at the end of the day, business is just people trying to make sense of people.
