Hello everyone.I\'m currently working as an Inspection Engineer at RITES (Ministry of Railways, Government of India), specializing in quality inspection and monitoring of PSC (Pre-Stressed Concrete) sleepers used in railway infrastructure. Responsible for ensuring manufacturing and inspection activities comply with specifications and standards issued by the RDSO (Research Designs and Standards Organisation), Indian Railways, and relevant Bureau of Indian Standards IS codes.Professionally, I have worked as an Engineer – Planning, Billing & Quality Control at Reeca Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, where I gained hands-on experience in both technical and managerial aspects of construction projects.Leverage expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), MS Project, and AutoCAD to support comprehensive project planning, streamline execution, and generate accurate reporting.I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Irrigation and Water Management in 2022 from FTE (WREMI) The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.During my academic career, I actively participated in NSS volunteering for three years, which helped me develop teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility skills. I also have a strong interest in sports and achieved a state-level certificate in Kho-Kho twice, reflecting my discipline and commitment.

Responsible for ensuring manufacturing and inspection activities comply with specifications and standards issued by the Research Designs and Standards Organisation, Indian Railways, and relevant Bureau of Indian Standards IS codes.Experienced in stage-wise inspection including raw material verification, prestressing operations, reinforcement inspection, concrete quality checks, mould preparation, curing process monitoring, and final dimensional inspection. Skilled in reviewing technical drawings, maintaining quality documentation, conducting tests as per approved procedures, and ensuring that PSC sleepers meet safety, durability, and performance requirements.Committed to maintaining high manufacturing standards, improving quality control processes, and supporting reliable railway track infrastructure through strict adherence to technical specifications and inspection protocols.
