I am a seasoned corporate legal counsel specializing in contract negotiation, litigation, and regulatory compliance. With a strong track record of delivering strategic legal solutions, I help organizations navigate complex legal landscapes while driving business success.I have a solid foundation in litigation, particularly in matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). I have also extensively worked on cases under the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, handling a variety of commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings.One of the highlights of my legal career has been drafting and filing Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) in both civil and criminal matters. I’ve had the opportunity to argue cases before the Hon\'ble Supreme Court of India, where I have successfully obtained favorable orders for my clients, often single-handedly managing the case strategy and execution.This experience has given me a deep understanding of the judicial process, from trial courts to the apex court, and has honed my ability to navigate complex legal issues with precision and confidence. It has also instilled in me the importance of thorough preparation, clear communication, and the ability to think on my feet—skills that continue to guide my practice today.In my current role, I collaborate with multiple corporates to manage high-stakes negotiations and provide sound legal advice on various matters.
