Created a quality tool using Teradata and Power BI to track bin markouts in all Ace RSCs. •Generated weekly profiling lists based on demand and velocity data of all SKUs to drive down bin plugs/replenishments. •Assisted other RSCs with Time Studies to generate quality standards for the new Manhattan WMOS. •Created a report that uses claims data to show which fillers are driving the most errors for the RSC. •Drafted new SWIs for the SAP vs WMS Process and the Break Fill/Stock processes that include updated instructions. •Reduced the internal damage caused by the top damage SKUs on a weekly basis by identifying them and relaying specific instructions to the order fillers/stockers.
