It is essential to act as an Advisor & a consultant to our clients.RESPONSIBITIES• Aid Deloitte professionals in completing their learning cycle• Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to understand their requirements and • execute to enhance the learner’s experience• Good knowledge on Learning Management Systems tools – DOWS, Cornerstone SBX, SABA, NextGen• Produce and support virtual sessions on DLP (Deloitte Learning Platform) system and Zoom• Addressing learner queries via Mails, SFDC system and ServiceNow tool• Creating Courses and Classes (trainings) in Deloitte Internal Systems (Learning Management Systems – DOWS, Cornerstone SBX, SABA, NextGen and CPE Tracking System) to manage CPE Credits for CPAs as per type (Virtual or Live) requested• Holding strong impact on stake holder management and delivering the program trainings end to end for smooth flow• Built a solid relationship with the US stakeholder with their respective program\'s standpoint• Sending communications such as pre-work, facilitator, participants, and logistics • Examine and transform business processes to optimize business goals• Created plans and communicated deadlines to complete projects on time• Built and maintained courteous and effective working relationships
