Devised the path to profitability framework for heavy bulky business across US Stores, amounting to and influenced the framework rollout and actions post alignment at the VP level. Created a selection assortment framework for Low ASP and deployed the framework post alignment from multiple product teams, category directors and VP. This helped unlock profitability gains while balancing customer CX impact.
