I am an aspiring Human Resources professional with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR), combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience in both HR and operations. My career journey began in the hospitality and shared living sectors with Taj Hotels and Stanza Living, where I gained valuable exposure to operations, people management, and service excellence. These roles built a strong foundation in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving while helping me understand the critical role of people in driving organizational success.To strengthen my HR expertise, I completed an internship with Rich Products & Solutions, where I got to observe core HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
