End to end project delivery of TCF assembly line process for Punch EV right from digital concept evaluation phase till proving assembly process for mass production. Facility impact analysis for Punch EV in TCF shop. Digital vehicle packaging analysis and evaluation to verify DFA (Design for Assembly) points for Punch EV and Altroz EV. Escalating and resolving NOGO assembly issues by transformation of product design. Implemented the method to auto convert the 70% of engineering BOM to station BOM for TCF assembly line. Defined process sequence with 100% accuracy and performed a digital build of Punch EV. Proto Build participation during vehicle builds for confirmation of digital evaluation, process sequence and process BOM. Resolved and managed 100% issues at every crucial launch milestones like Beta, Pilot Offering (PO), Pre-Production (PP) and SOP. Preparation of simplified process sheets for easy understanding of assembly process for blue collar employees. Led the cross functional team for PFD and PFMEA.
