Analyzing & Reviewing the tender documents of Fired Heaters, Energy transitions –(Green / Blue Hydrogen,Decarbonization,CCUS), Flares, WHRBs, Thermal Oxidizers Packages to study the scope of work, BQC, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement etc. Making quotations and preparing bidding documents.(Technical and Commercial) Coordinating with cross functional teams / departments – Legal, Piping, Procurement, Process, Electrical & Instrumentation, Planning, etc. Reviewing & Preparing documents like PPLC, E-mandate, BG, Bid Security, ABG, PBG and being well acquainted with terms like EMD, LD, LOA, NDA,Incoterms etc. Preparing TBE & floating RFQs of Burner, Fan, Pipes, Fitting, Valves, Soot-blower, Knock-out drum, APH, Electrolyzer, Fuelcell etc and reviewing the techno-commercial offer of Sub-vendors. Preparing BOQs of Fabrication, Erection, Transportation, Damper / SOBs, Ducts etc. Ensuring proper tender documentation, timely and error free submission of Bids. Making reports, queries & replies of Pre-tender meeting, Pre-bid meeting, MOM etc. Visiting clients & attending pre-bid meetings, price negotiation, clarification meetings. Checking all addendums and communications received from the client, ensuring that all items are clarified and considered in the pricing. Preparing a price comparison sheet for each system and cost estimation summary.
