ABOUT ROHAN RONEY JOHN

As a recent graduate with a BCom (Hons) degree specializing in Accounting and Finance from O.P. Jindal Global University, my academic journey has been complemented by hands-on experiences, specifically, in the financial sector. I completed two impactful internships at Ernst & Young (EY), gaining diverse experience in both auditing and taxation. During my time in the auditing department, I learned and participated in client audits, conducted in-depth research on clients\' products, business models, and markets, and prepared reports to support professional advisory services. Subsequently, in the taxation department, I analyzed tax solutions offered by major market players and developed a comprehensive report on various tax solutions, gaining valuable insights into EY\'s tax advisory services. These internships provided me with a well-rounded understanding of key practices within a Big Four accounting firm. Transitioning to Endurance Technologies strengthened my practical grasp of financial concepts, where I applied my learnings to real-world scenarios. My goal is to fuse my academic foundation with technological insights to drive innovation in the finance sector. During my internship at SAEL, I strengthened my expertise in global financial practices, particularly with SAP systems. My work with the treasury department provided valuable insights into investment management. These experiences have sparked my interest in pursuing a career in investment and asset management, where I can apply and expand upon the skills and knowledge I\'ve gained.
