Demand Planning: To efficiently drive the monthly Demand Review meetings & planning future inventory replenishment in the Forecasting tool both long & short term (SAP - IBP).To track quantifiable metrics and evaluate monthly Forecast Accuracy and Bias & report the outcomes to the relevant Business stakeholders.Leading monthly S & OP meetings and drive decision making process to obtain consensus to align on one number.Responsible for highlighting key metrics of India in the monthly Cluster IMEA Executive S & OP which includes all Heads of IMEA Business.Planning PO’s to procure the Products as per forecast estimates from Roche plants outside India via Sea & Air and collaborating with warehousing & Logistics team to ensure timely clearance of Products.Distribution & Supply Planning: Responsible for carrying out stock transfer activities to mother warehouse and further distribution to the regional warehouses based on agreed regional Forecast from the Commercial stakeholders.Planning & scheduling production of local kits and ensuring the distribution to all the Regional warehouses on regular basis & also assisting the order management team about in-transit materials on regular intervals thus facilitating the improved service levelsInventory management: Ensuring product availability at Warehouses all over India by replenishing stock and maintaining optimum stocks considering long lead times.Efficiently analyse and managing inventory to minimize expiry / short expiry stock.Actively participating in the Annual Inventory budgeting session with the intention to hold the overall inventory for next 12 months in the country as per the Forecast in terms of volume & cost and negotiating the Inventory targets with the Global Supply chain planning leaders to align on one number.Working with Sales and marketing teams and drive the consumption of SLOB/ageing inventory by effectively leveraging the S & OP meetings which includes leaders from cross functions.
