As part of a program in partnership with Infosys Foundation, I manage two of India’s high-potential sporting academies, Mary Kom Regional Boxing Foundation and Raman TT High Performance Centre, across the sports of boxing and table tennis, respectively. In this role, I work closely with the academies to support their transformation into fully recognized high-performance centres, while also overseeing the development of 15 athletes by providing structured guidance and resources to help them maximize their potential and achieve long-term sporting success.
