I attend various high-value commercial litigation and arbitrations, presenting evidence at the request of Counsel, Judges and Tribunal members using the Opus 2 Hearing Solution. The majority of my work is based at the Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice and International Dispute Resolution Centre.As the first point of contact within the hearing evironment to provide technical support, I demonstrate problem-solving skills by offering in-situ solutions to technical and logistical dilemmas in the hearing environment.I also developed proficient administrative skills by organising Zoom and RingCentral meetings for remote attendees, as well as following the appropriate protocol for public and private sessions in English litigations. The role strengthened my skills in using various software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Media Player when requested to display different formats of legal evidence.Notable cases include the Pan NOx Emissions Class Action Litigation sitting in the Commercial Court.
