We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes as well as supporting and executing various HR operational tasks. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for people management.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment:A) Manage the entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, offer rollout).B) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.C) Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals).D) Source candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.E) Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).F) Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.G) Assist in onboarding and induction for new hires.2. HR Operations:1. Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).2. Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation.3. Process employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave management.4. Assist with attendance and payroll data collation.5. Maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.6. Support in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
