I\'m a Tier-3 Desktop Systems Administrator at the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), where I manage and operate a large-scale enterprise Windows desktop environment supporting a critical public infrastructure organization.My work spans the full endpoint lifecycle, from Windows OS deployment and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) management to application packaging and endpoint management workflows using Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune. I architect and maintain PowerShell automation frameworks, manage Windows servers, and serve as the final escalation point for high-impact issues. I also oversee all Dell Wyse thin client infrastructure, managing deployment, configuration, and lifecycle across the enterprise environment. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I handle data analysis and manage vendor contracts for infrastructure.I\'m completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at Florida Atlantic University, with a specialization in Cybersecurity and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence. My focus is creating resilient digital infrastructure, securing endpoints, applying AI workflows to operations, and bridging the gap between IT operations and business strategy.
