Managing, maintenance, & servicing medical devices. Carry out assembling, acceptance, PPM, repair, & decommission of range of medical devices.Working as a Rapid Response Team, attend call from users, book & assign jobs to medical engineers.Follow the testing procedure such as visual inspection, fault finding/fixing (if required), functional verification, range test/calibration (if required), Electrical Safety Test, affix service label, and update the data.Follow manufacturer\'s service manual or departmental guidelines to perform the test.Liaise with the manufacturer, suppliers, & external engineers via email or call for the any spare parts regarding repair, calibration, quotation and contract related information or update.Raise concerns to team leads and send quotation for approval of spare parts.Assist engineers for ward breakdown & service. Provide technical assistance to clinical staff for use of medical devices.Initiate for further training to seniors. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of medical technology and to regularly attend inhouse maintenance training courses.Follow the departmental policies and guidelines. Demonstrate the trust value at work.Keep stock level updated.
