As a member of the Strategic Finance and Special Projects team at GMR, I play a pivotal role in advancing the financial and strategic objectives of the GMR Group. My key responsibilities include:Drafting Agreements: Drafting comprehensive agreements to support various business initiatives across the GMR Group.Conducting Research: Conducting comprehensive legal research to guide strategic decisions and ensure that the Group\'s long-term objectives are met.Legal Assistance: Providing legal assistance to the team, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in all transactions and initiatives.Fundraising Activities: Assisting in both private and public fundraising endeavors, including debt and equity financing, to secure necessary capital for the Group’s growth and development.Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments: Supporting the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, ensuring seamless transactions that align with the Group’s strategic vision.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with diverse teams within the organization to drive projects forward and achieve key milestones.My role allows me to contribute to the Group\'s strategic direction, ensuring we capitalize on opportunities and navigate challenges effectively. I am passionate about leveraging my legal expertise, analytical skills, and financial acumen to add value and drive success in our dynamic business environment.I am also working with the Promoter’s office and assisting the group in its new business initiatives.
