As the Director of Project Engineering at Intelsat, I lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver innovative and high-performance WiFi connectivity solutions for the commercial aviation industry. I have over 20 years of experience in program management, core engineering, systems integration, and on-site customer support, with a Master of Engineering Management degree and a Certified Scrum Product Owner credential.My mission is to ensure the successful, error-free, and on-time entry into service of our products, from design and development to verification and qualification. I leverage my expertise in system of systems engineering, testing, and process improvement to manage complex and critical projects, such as the installation and certification of new hardware and firmware, the integration of UX features into the WiFi portal, and the improvement of bandwidth performance for better customer experience. I am passionate about delivering value to our clients and users, and empowering my team to achieve excellence.
