I am currently pursuing a dual degree program, which comprises a Post Graduate Diploma in Management - International Business (PGDM-IB) from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, and a Master in Management (MiM) from ESCP Business School. I bring 24 months of experience as a Product Manager in the Mobile Banking Department – iMobile Pay Platform Team. In my role at ICICI Bank, I strategically blended innovation and collaboration to enhance the banking experience for users, focusing on creating smooth and intuitive customer journeys. A key achievement was developing services on the Common Services Platform, which reduced development efforts and I also earned recognition at the Quarterly awards ceremony. I optimized app usability by minimizing clicks for faster transactions. I worked closely with designers, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure timely project delivery. I prepared user stories, product features, and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), ensuring clear communication and robust testing across varied environments. My responsibilities included end-to-end product life cycle management, maintaining UI/UX standardization and consistency, project coordination and management, conducting design walkthroughs, and managing vendor relations for the iMobile Pay app, all aimed at driving mobile banking excellence. Before starting my professional journey, I completed my B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a Minor in Economics from the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi. During my time at Delhi, I worked in various positions of responsibility, the most significant being the Academic Policies Head in the College Student Senate. I am resourceful and prudent, equipped with the necessary technical and managerial skills due to my education and work experience, which spans Engineering, Economics, and Product Management. These experiences have prepared me to contribute effectively to any organization. In my personal time, I enjoy watching videos on geopolitics, movies, and TV shows. My hobbies include swimming, dance fitness, and travelling.
