   2025–Present:In my current role at BCG, I lead the Global Security Audit Verification and Enablement function — overseeing third-party risk management, internal controls assurance, and global security certifications. This includes shaping the security and risk strategy across BCG’s third-party ecosystem, from onboarding and due diligence through continuous monitoring and offboarding. I also lead enterprise-wide control testing to ensure compliance with internal policies and deliver real-time assurance, and oversee the global strategy and delivery of ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST, and region-specific frameworks across NAMR, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.2021–2024:Led BCG’s Business Information Security Officer (BISO) function globally across the firm’s Specialty Business Units (SBUs), including several highly regulated incubators, and held responsibility for security integration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). I drove the global security strategy across these diverse, high-growth environments within a complex, cross-functional matrix—ensuring regulatory alignment while maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture in support of innovation at scale.During this period, I also led BCG’s first global ISO 27001 certification, establishing and certifying the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across all offices worldwide.
