About Jon Roginski
Connection, teamwork, and Ray Kroc’s philosophy that “all of us is better than any of us” guides my life-personally and professionally. It’s more than a qualitative feel most successful leaders have. There’s science behind optimizing network effects and that science is my business. It’s more than “cold” number crunching without consideration of the qualitative complexities that characterize our world. My contribution is in the decision space that integrates “hard” and “soft” science.
