ABOUT ROGER SPURR

A product manager with over 9 years of cross-functional experience across product management, account management, and data-led operations - delivering digital solutions that drive real-world impact.My career so far has taken me across public, private, and third-sector work, working with organisations like Cleveland Police, the Premier League, Warburtons, the NHS, local government, and a range of hospitality and service-led businesses. I’ve worked on both web and mobile products and regularly lead projects from discovery through to delivery - working closely with design and engineering, managing key client relationships, and making day-to-day product decisions to keep progress moving.I’m confident navigating cross-functional teams and tools like ClickUp, Jira, Monday, and Figma, and I regularly use AI in practical, hands-on ways from supporting research to streamlining processes and ideation. I’ve also gained experience with platforms such as Cloudflare, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console, helping to support deployment and release workflows.Outside of work, I run The Home Cocktail Club - a creative side project where I explore my interest in digital marketing, SEO, web development, and building a growing online community brand.I\'m passionate about building useful, usable, and user-centred products - and love working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and real-world impact.
