In my work, I am a leader of young people who are passionate about serving as educators and leaders in our community. In addition to developing leaders, I believe that it is important to create meaningful connections with our students that will support them through our education experiences. I enjoy serving as Athletic Director, coach and trainer. My Sports expertise includes all areas of academic preparation, athletic administration and the Higher Education process. We must provide the best educational opportunities for all students so they may become productive members of society: Over twenty years of progressively responsible athletic administrative experience in higher education; successfully held senior level position since 2003, inclusive of demonstrated achievements in academic/student affairs, operational leadership, strategic planning, and assessment, budget management and establishing a record of creating high quality programs along with substantive interaction with student athletes, faculty, staff, parents and community leaders. Sensitive, effective and visible advocate who is dedicated to collaborating with both athletic and academic colleagues to create a seamless learning environment and holistic educational experience that meets the needs of all student athletes, inclusive of underrepresented, first-generation, disabled, foster, homeless, international and majority populations.

   Officials play a vital role in making thousands of events run smoothly and safely and are essential for maintaining the highest levels of integrity at all levels of competition. Training and certification of officials is central to USATF’s goal of ensuring fair and safe competitive opportunities for athletes.Duties and accomplishments include:• National level official• Officiated numerous IAAF, USATF, NCAA Div I, II and and NJCAA conference and regional cross country, track and field and race walk championships for youth, college, open and masters divisions• Assist in the Penn Relays clinic, member of the Multis, Distance Night and Race Walk crews and serve as Assistant Chief Lap Counter• Support annual association clinics and initiatives
