ABOUT ROGER PORTHOUSE

Roger is the Managing Director of Latent Capability, a leadership and organisation development consultancy that provides top-quality expertise and support to help organisations be more effective, change and grow. With track-record of working at scale, Roger has designed and led the delivery of senior leadership and culture change programmes for organisations of 3 people up to He continues to work with executive and senior teams in Europe and the US, and across several sectors including local government, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, construction, transport, defence, finance, power generation and the charitable sector. Prior to a career in people development, Roger was a director of a blue-chip global pharmaceutical company, leading an international team through constant change and delivery in a highly regulated and compliant environment. He understands what it takes to be able to step back from the immense pressures of the day job and put good theory into practice. His clients enjoy his energy and enthusiasm as well as his warm, inclusive nature. He delights in learning and new discovery and his business background and experience ensure that any solution is grounded in the realities of delivering change in amongst the pressures of the day job. Roger works from an Abundance mindset and enjoys new conversations and sharing knowledge and know-how. As well as his consulting experience, Roger holds a Post-Graduate in Business & Executive Coaching (University of Central Lancashire) and is a full member of the Association for Coaching. He is also a certified ‘Everything DiSC’®, GPI® and RQi™ Resilience practitioner.
