Experienced embedded hardware and software development leader. I work primarily on the software side and use that along with my hardware knowledge to help drive new hardware and software products. As a strong technical communicator I work with others to anticipate and resolve major embedded software technical challenges. I can and have led entire embedded systems projects through hardware and software specification, development and design and manufacturing testing.

   Disk storage expert for DataProtection Dell Secondary Storage team. Worked at the Linux Kernel, User, and Hypervisor levels to develop and debug issues in our disk stack for DM5500. Also served as SoSoS, Pillar Technical Lead, and Scrum Lead for my group. I work primarily on the software side across organizations (Storage/Kernel/physical hardware/virtualization) to enable and resolve issues with r730-760 Backup servers.
