I am a learning and development leader with over 20 years of experience in the talent and learning field. I have a proven track record of creating and implementing innovative and impactful learning solutions that align with the business strategy and goals of the organization. I have expertise in blended learning, e-learning, coaching, and gamification techniques. I lead the design and delivery of best-in-class learning solutions that meet both the organization\'s and individual\'s needs. I also partner with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development functions to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to talent management.
