About Roger Kopp
More than 30 years of experience in both the United States Marine Corps and private industry that spans mission critical Data Center Operations through extensive Service Management design, implementation and support. His concentration is on interfacing with business stakeholders and teams of technical resources to implement successful IT solutions that achieve the highest business return on investment and customer satisfaction. Roger is experienced in understanding and gathering requirements as well as formulating solutions to meet client expectations at all organization levels. With a strong focus on ITSM best practices, Roger can analyze an organization’s critical support requirements, identify deficiencies, potential opportunities and develop innovative solutions for increasing reliability while improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
