   Roger is currently the President of Roger Kemper Programs in Houston, which provides consulting, training and coaching for leadership and sales. For the majority of the last decade, Roger was the Vice President of Sandler Training - Houston, providing leadership and sales consulting, training and coaching. Prior to this, he founded and ran the Summit Group, a company that promoted and ran sales seminars across the US. Roger began his career in the industry as the Senior National Training with Brian Tracy Programs where he was in charge of promoting, teaching and selling sales training programs to companies across the country. Roger’s work with hundreds of companies in dozens of industries including oil and gas, staffing, insurance, mortgage, real estate, technology and business services has given him a broad perspective on his approach to training. He has acquired a wealth of knowledge from his own personal application of the training principals he teaches and from working hands-on with top managers and sales professionals across the country. Ultimately, this has enabled Roger to develop a deep understanding of issues that leaders and sales professionals face in the real world and to be able translate this knowledge to others in a dynamic, comprehensive fashion.
