I lead our global GTM partners organisation from London. This team consists of incredibly talented Go To Market Partner Executives and their leaders. Our objective is to help increase business opportunities for our global sales organisation and for our entire ecosystem of partners through the great GTM Partner Executives & GTM Partner Directors in my organisation. Our main objectives are to 1) continue to increase the % of great quality partner sourced deals across the 3 geographies (NA, EMEA and APJ) and 2) increase the % of deals influenced by our partners on behalf of Workday.
