Provide oversight and management of all projects assigned to the Remote Operating Center (ROC), and provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all assigned personnel within the ROC.Manage all projects assigned to the ROC and execute tasks associated with those projects including, but not limited to geosteering (remote and onsite), mudlogging, mass spec and drilling services.•Expertise integrating geosteering, correlating measurements, rock properties and mudgas properties across a single lateral and across multiple well over a large area.•Communicate with clients and provide hardware, software and process expertise as well as answer questions and discuss any issues with the client contact.•Participate in weekly meetings to discuss current, recently completed and upcoming projects.•Contribute to ongoing improvement of the team by sharing learning experiences and suggesting improvements or modifications to workflow and deliverables.
