ABOUT ROGER DRISCOLL
I entered the legal profession in 1988, since which time I have specialised in Dispute Resolution (aka Civil Litigation). I have extensive experience in a number of areas including Commercial Contract Disputes, Landlord and Tenant Litigation, Personal Injury, Disputed Estates and Property Litigation (including Boundary/Right of Way Disputes and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996). I have represented both businesses and individuals. In addition to High Court and County Court work I have represented clients at many mediations. I am always willing to pursue a client\'s case with vigour and tenacity but equally I take a level-headed, commonsense approach if I feel that a reasonable settlement of a dispute would be in the best interests of a client. Since May 2021 I have been employed as a Chartered Legal Executive with Nalders LLP, Solicitors, Cornwall, in their litigation department.
