I became the Communications Manager for GlobalMed in 2010, but I first met CEO and Founder Joel Barthelemy in 2003. The company was only about a year and a half old at that time, but Joel had a vision of where he wanted to take it. Now, it is the worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of telemedicine delivery systems. We have installations in 31 countries, including the entire nation of Cape Verde off the west coast of Africa. When the VA decided to embark on its hugely successful telemedicine program, it chose GlobalMed solutions.
